    That's so cool that they have a blog that sucks up all that anger but never does anything about it. It's such an interesting way of managing angry customers. I will remember this idea.

    Yahoo HK has recently killed hundreds of blog accounts that use the blogs for "commercial" purpose. Those blogs were mainly used for selling fashion and accessories items. Since very short prior notice was given, I'm pretty sure that many blog owners cannot get back the data.

    Yahoo HK said that the action is to fight against splog and annoying comments, I think it is quite easy to identify which are splogs and provide tools to help users to block annoying comments.

    Although, it is stated in the user agreement that "commercial" activities is not allowed, I really don't feel it right to delete user accounts in this manner.
